Mr. Chang is the President and Managing Partner of B&MC Korea Inc., an affiliation with Booz & Company. Prior to this position, Mr. Chang was the Lead Partner at Booz Allen Hamilton. Formerly the President and Chief Consulting Officer at KEXIN, he also served as Senior Vice President at Korea Information Service Inc., the first credit rating agency established in Korea. He began his career as an Economist at Korea Development Bank, before moving on to become the Manager of Corporate Finance at Korea Merchant Bank.

Mr. Chang was an Independent Board Member of LG Chemical, St Gobain's Korea Inc., and Hanglass. He also served as an Economic Council Member for the President of Korea from 2004-2005.

Mr. Chang graduated from the University of Sogang Jesuit School with a B.A. in Economics and International Business. He then earned his M.B.A. at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
